This is a Pacamara varietal lot from Keneth Merida and his farm, Finca Don Jorge. The name of the farm is a dedication to his father and all he'd learned from him working on their family farm, Finca Florencia. Keneth's farm is in a village called Las Espinas, which is part of the Malactancito Municipality. Altitudes on the farm are high at 1980 meters above sea level.

Pacamara is a large bean varietal with exceptional cup quality. It is a cross between Pacas and Maragogype (elephant bean) varietals. Keneth obtained the Pacamara seeds from his father. There was only 12 bags available of this Pacamara separation from Keneth and Finca Don Jorge, so we feel fortunate to have been able to snag some.
