This Pink Bourbon lot comes from four producers in the southern part of Colombia’s Huila department (Miquel Eraza Peña, Esteban Bolaños, Enrique Pima, Héctor Díaz). Most contributing farms are less than 10 hectares. Altitudes reach as high as 2000 meters above sea level. Farms are planted in a mix a varietals. Their best Pink Bourbon were separated to create this lot.

Pink Bourbon was first discovered in Huila. It has exception cup quality potential. Genetically it is linked to Ethiopian landraces, although originally it was believed to be a mutation of Bourbon. The fruit is pinkish, the seeds are elongated, and the cup is syrupy sweet and floral.
