Mbilidino Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Societies was founded in 2018 with the establishment of a washing station with a motorized hand pulper. The cooperative is currently up to 378 producers. The name "MBILIDINO" is derived from the villages where cooperative producers reside: Idiwili, Mbulamsege, Ilindi, and Nonde.
Growing altitudes in the area are around 1850-1900 meters above sea level. The area benefits from volcanic loam soils. Farmers are planted in Bourbon derivative varietals, KP423 and N39. Processing and grading standards are very high at Mbilidino. After being pulped, coffee is washed and undergoes meticoulus grading before a 24-48 hour fermentation. Post fermentation, and coffee is washed again, soaked, and then sun dries on raised beds for 8-14 days.
