The offerings are highly curated and represent some of the world's best coffees. We frequently offer exclusive coffees and aim to expose subscribers to uncommon origins. Each month there is an accompanying newsletter that speaks to our thoughts behind the month's selections and often provides insights into roasting, sourcing, processing, terroir and beyond.

Our exotics subscription brings subscribers the world's most rare and cherished varietals produced by the industry's foremost producers. Lot sizes are typically very small and competition for these coffees is extremely high. These are coffees that start off as seedlings with incredible potential and everything at every step has gone as it should with the utmost care applied. These coffee are labor intensive and scarce. They are beautiful. We feel fortunate to be able to offer them to you.

Get hopping and quacking with the espresso coffee we have in the hoppers at our cafe. Each month subscribers will get our current espresso offering. Typical of these coffees are well-roundedness, big body, depth of flavor, good bitter/sweet balance, well-integrated acidity, and nothing too exotic going on. These coffee are great for people making espresso at home or those preferring a more developed profile than the rest of our line. Super solid, approachable, crowd pleasing coffees that will duly delight the connoisseur and that can take milk or be fully enjoyed on their own. Anticipate offering to rotate every couple months on average.

Coffees in this subscription are what we think of as archetype types of coffees. These are clean and expressive cups that are well-structured. Everything (acidity, sweetness, body, etc.) seems in good proportion and balance with nothing out of place or lacking. These sorts of coffees are great everyday drinkers and will perform well across brew methods to include consumer and commercial drip machines.
