Inzá, Colombia 12 oz. bag

18.00

Only thirteen bags in total, this lot is a blend of the highest scoring coffees from producers in Inzá, Colombia. We are stoked to have been able to snag a couple bags and offer it to you. Six producers in total make up this lot, all with about two hectares or less of land planted in coffee. This coffee has been depulped using hand-cranked pulpers, soaked and fermented overnight, and then laid out on raised and covered beds (parabolicos) to dry. This method of drying provides a stable environment with good ventilation and airflow.

This coffee is a lighter roast. Dry grounds have the fragrance of raw sugars, dried fruits, honey, and raspberry taffy. Adding hot water brings out floral honey aromas. The cup has brilliant fruited brightness and sparkling acidity; notes of sugar cane juice, mulling spice, white grape, golden raisin, and apple juice.

This coffee is part of our Farm Gate pricing program.
